Alongside the removal of Brown, Trump introduced his new pick for the top military post—Air Force Lt. Gen. Dan “Razin” Caine.
“Today, I am honored to announce that I am nominating Air Force Lt. Gen. Dan ‘Razin’ Caine as the next Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff,” Trump declared.
Caine, a seasoned fighter pilot and national security strategist, brings a strong background in special operations and interagency defense strategies.
Trump emphasized that Caine was previously overlooked for promotion under President Joe Biden’s administration, vowing that such oversights would not happen under his leadership.
“General Caine was passed over for promotion by Sleepy Joe Biden. But not anymore! Alongside Secretary Pete Hegseth, we will restore peace through strength, put America First, and rebuild our military,” Trump added.
