Czar Tom Homan has initiated a Department of Justice (DOJ) probe into Democrat Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) over her controversial webinar that allegedly instructed illegal immigrants on how to evade ICE enforcement.
Homan Calls for DOJ Investigation into AOC’s Actions
During a high-profile interview with Fox News’ Laura Ingraham, Homan addressed AOC’s recent online seminar, in which she allegedly provided guidance to illegal immigrants on avoiding deportation. The former acting director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) did not mince words when questioning the legality of her actions.
“I sent an email today to the Deputy Attorney General, at what level is that impediment? Is that impeding our law enforcement efforts? If so, what are we going to do about it?” Homan stated.

He continued, “Is she crossing the line? Maybe AOC is going to be in trouble now, but I need the AG to opine on that, because there’s an impediment—it’s an impediment in my opinion. I’m not a prosecutor, but we need some further guidance on that.”
Homan Slams AOC and Other Democrats for Obstructing Immigration Law
Homan did not stop at AOC. He expanded his criticism to Democratic lawmakers who he claims are actively obstructing President Donald Trump’s immigration enforcement policies.
“This is about public safety, this is about community safety. You’re putting the public at great risk, you’re putting our officers at great risk, you’re even putting the illegal alien at great risk, because anything can happen on arrest on the street,” Homan declared.
AOC Responds with Defiance on Social Media
Shortly after Homan’s remarks, AOC fired back on the leftist platform Blue Sky, mocking his concerns.
“MaYbe shE’s goiNg to be in TroUble nOw,” she posted sarcastically. “Maybe he can learn to read. The Constitution would be a good place to start.”
Her response further ignited the debate over her role in allegedly shielding illegal immigrants from law enforcement, with critics arguing that her priorities undermine national security.
